10 Skin and Hair Tips:
- Hydrate inside and out! Drinking 64 ounces of water daily helps to give your skin a glorious glow and reduces bloating.
- Wear a daily SPF of 30 or higher on you face daily to keep your skin even and to help clear discoloration.
- Remember: if you are outside, near a window, in a car, or in a plane to reapply your sunscreen every 2 hours to prevent sun damage and discoloration.
- Deep conditioning your hair every 1-2 weeks for 30 minutes can greatly improve hair health and length retention.
- Always remove your makeup before bed. A cleansing balm, followed by washing twice with a gentle cleanser will leave your face clean and happy!
- Moisturize skin within 3 minutes of getting out of the shower or bath to lock in moisture.
- Did you know: An eye cream with caffeine can help reduce under eye puffiness quickly!
- Avoid getting a facial right before your wedding to reduce the risk of unwanted reactions or discoloration
- Oil-free facial products are the best way to prevent clogging pores and acne.
- Don’t over exfoliate. Exfoliation in great in moderation. However, if done more than twice a week, it can actually cause irritation and damage to your skin.
