The processing time for each order takes  3-7 business days. Please note these times may be extended during holidays, restocks, launches and promotions.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently only ship to the USA, however if you are interested and we're currently not shipping to you, please send an email to support@woosahbride.com 

DELAYS 

We are not responsible for shipping delays that might be affected by, but not limited to customs, transportation strikes, delays from international mail carriers and natural disasters.

 RETURNS

All purchases made are final and not eligible for return or exchange. If your order arrives damaged, please email support@woosahbride.com with your order number, details, and pictures.

CANCELLATIONS

Unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel or make changes to your order once the payment has been made. Please reach out for questions prior to purchasing.
