I got this package when I was the most down in my wedding planning process. It was so lonely and I didn't have as much support. Y’all, if you are reading this review; Yes! I am happy I brought it from Woosah Bride and not from Amazon. Utilizing this book everyday reminds me how beautiful, confident, and
appreciate as a black woman. Girl, I take it everywhere with me. :)
It has so many resources from professional therapists, photographers, dress, tips, partner section etc. It essential to practice self care and I love how the this planner highlights mental health.

I use the Journal and reflect on the process of everywhere. It helps me debrief and express myself through journaling.
